Join us for Summit School's 2022 Trad Camp Weekend, August 5 - 7. This is a music immersion family camp for kids 8-16 years old, with an option for parents/caregivers to join in taking classes. Camp begins Friday evening with a picnic, concert and guided jams. Saturday and Sunday are full of classes in fiddle, mandolin, guitar, ensemble, tune writing, singing and more! The weekend days run from 9-4:30pm. Camp will be held at the Orchard Valley Waldorf School in East Montpelier, VT. There will be lots of time for both music and for enjoying the beautiful Orchard Valley campus.

Tuition is $190. Parents/caregivers can join for an additional $60 each. Once you fill out this form, if you haven't paid for tuition via Paypal on the Summit website, you will receive an email invoice. If you want to apply for a scholarship, see below.  

Note: Scholarship funds are available. For scholarship application, please submit the following: 1. one written paragraph or one short video of you or the camp applicant explaining why they are looking forward to attending Trad Camp Weekend this year, and 2. a statement indicating whether the camp applicant could attend Trad Camp with partial financial support or only with full financial support. Email your submission or video link to traloysen@gmail.com by July 1. Scholarship awardees will be notified by July 3rd. (If scholarships are still available after that date, it will still be possible to apply.)

If the camp does not reach a minimum number of registrations, we may have to cancel; in this case, you will be notified by July 3rd, and tuition will be refunded.
