The 'Introduction to User Research in Government' course, is run by the
Cross-gov user research training team. A pool of experienced user researchers have been been trained to facilitate this course.
It is also completely free (facilitators are all volunteering their time) - so it does have a long waiting list!
This form is so we can group people on the waiting list into cohorts based on experience. You'll then be contacted when a course that is more suited for you is planned in. We also think this will help us reduce the waiting list size, so you're not waiting quite as long.
