Please submit all documentation for candidate and sponsor within 30 days of submitting application.
Documents needed for candidate are Birth certificate Baptism certificate, 1st Communion certificate.
Documents needed for Sponsor are Baptism certificate, 1st Communion certificate, Confirmation certificate and if married in the church marriage certificate.
If all documentation is not provided within 30 days registration is considered incomplete and candidate will not be allowed to attend classes.
