Workshop: Creating your Professional Portfolio

Description: This 60-minute workshop is designed to help
all first year, tenure track faculty, clinicians, and lecturers create/revise
their professional portfolios. Attendees will learn about Longwood University’s
process of review for promotion and tenure (P&T), review the relevant
sections of the Faculty Policies and Procedures Manual (FPPM), and develop
strategies to present oneself effectively to the multiple audiences that review
professional portfolios.
As CAFE is not involved in the P&T process, attendees
are asked to discuss departmental and college requirements with their
department chairs prior to attending the workshop.
