March 20th, 21st, and 27th 2021 GSDP Training Registration Form
MindPath Care Centers' Gender and Sexuality Diversity Program will be hosting a virtual Microsoft Teams training on best practice care for queer and trans clients. This training will be held on Saturday, March 20th: 9:30 am-noon, Sunday, March 21st: 9:30 am-noon, and Saturday, March 27th: 10 am-noon. This adds up to a total of 7 NASW-approved CEUs available for attendees. Registrants must attend all three dates in order to receive CEUs and/or a certificate of completion. We are offering this training at a reduced price of $150 for MindPath affiliate therapists and all clinicians outside of MindPath. It is offered free of charge to MindPath's W2 employees as well as all LCSW-As who are employed at MindPath. We ask that any attendee who would like to receive CEUs pay $35 to cover their cost (the CEU cost is included in the $150 price). Please register below if you would like to join us! You will then receive further information about payment to complete your registration. Registration will be capped at 20 attendees.
