2020 WSU Arts Learning Collaborative Share Fair Table Proposal
The Share Fair lasts for fifty (50) minutes and takes place on Friday, January 31, 2020, from 11:00 AM – 11:50 AM with takedown finished at 12:00 noon. All tables must be set-up and accompanied by at least one (1) representative from the organization by 10:30 AM. This event takes place in the atrium of the Weber State University Shepherd Union (3910 W Campus Dr, Ogden, UT 84408). All organizations must be willing to work and/or provide workshops in at least the following districts: Ogden, Weber, Davis, and surrounding Charter Schools. Due to the high demand, we ask all interested organizations to submit the attached proposal. There is no cost to acquire a table, but organizations will be asked to provide their own materials, signage, and supplies. Each accepted program will receive one (1) table and one (1) chair. To be considered, please submit the following Google form by October 15, 2019, by 5:00 PM. Accepted organizations will be contacted by November 1, 2019, with additional information. All accepted organizations will be required to confirm their attendance by November 15, 2019, or forfeit their spot. For questions please email: Kellyglynn@weber.edu.
