We are adding more functionality to set relationship based permissions at the generic agent and end-user role level for Custom Objects. By using this feature, you'll be able to select read and update actions on individual records that the user is related to for both agents and end-users

This EAP is available only to existing active Custom Objects customers. You must be on the Support Enterprise plan or higher to use Custom Objects.

We're in the early phases, so the most limitations are functional, and will change as we firm up the core functionalities. More information can be found in the community space for this EAP.
