Ticket price is $95.
You will receive an invoice from sandycapotosto@gmail.com: Pay via "Friends and Family" function on PayPal within 24 hours.
Includes tax, tip. Does not include parking. Includes food items from our menu. (Ordering outside the scope of our menu is not allowed.) Failing to pay within 24 hours using "Friends and Family" will result in an order cancellation. You will lose your spot and need to fill out the form again.
FOOD RESTRICTION INFORMATION:
For our gluten-free or vegan guests, we offer a large salad, either the Mandarin Petal Salad or the Spring Petal Salad. They can get a Large Salad instead of sandwiches. The kitchen isn't equipped to be allergen-friendly, so cross-contamination may be possible.
REFUNDS AND NO-SHOWS:
NO REFUNDS.

Coordinates or prints expressing gothic or Halloween themes; vampires, blood, spirits, witches, magic, occult, nuns, candy, trick-or-treating, etc. Unthemed kuro/black/monotone coordinates are also welcome. NO COSPLAY. NO COSTUMES. NO "COORDINATE COSTUMES".

GUEST DRESS CODE:
An attendee may purchase 1 additional ticket for one guest (total of 2 tickets maximum).
Formal wear. "Dress for a presidential wake."
NO: jeans, shorts, sneakers, hoodies, jersey sweaters, t-shirts, flip flops, sports/game/anime paraphernalia. NO COSTUMES. NO COSPLAY.
Yes: slacks, formal dresses (lolita is not required for guests), dress shoes, ties, jewelry, vests, blazers, goth boots, chains, themed wear, other fashion styles with coordinates that fit the theme.
DRESS CODE RULEBREAKING WILL RESULT IN A DENIAL OF ENTRY WITHOUT A REFUND.
GUARANTEED TICKETS
- Submitting a form does not guarantee a ticket.
- A ticket must be paid in full within 24 hours of invoice to guarantee entry.
- Invoices will be sent out in order of forms received.
