This application form is to register to be a MENTOR for the BLSA Student-Lawyer Legal Mentorship program this upcoming 2021-2022 academic year.

Requirements:

- Must be a Black legal professional who has been called to the bar and is in good standing or a current articling student
- Must be able to commit two hours per month to your assigned mentee
- Must be of African descent, Caribbean descent, or identify as Black
