As a volunteer of Special Olympics, I agree to:

* Fulfill my volunteer responsibilities and set a good example for our athletes
* Be vigilant and aware of the safety of the athletes
* Not consume alcoholic beverages, illegal substances and all tobacco products on site
* Follow all posted COVID safety rules and procedures (will be emailed out prior to event and posted on site)
* Grant Special Olympics Hawaii Permission to use my likeness, voice, and words in media for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities.
