POLICY PRIVACY
We hereby inform you that ASD Etnabikeland, from now on simply ASD, as Owner and Manager, will process your personal, identification and personal data pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, with the methods and precautions indicated below:
1) Figures involved in the treatment.
Interested - The one who gives his personal data and to whom this information is addressed;
Data Controller - ASD that collects the data and processes it, archives or transmits it;
Data processor - Any person in charge of the treatment;
Third party who receives the data - He to whom the data is provided by ASD
2) Processing methods
The collection and processing of your personal data will take place after your consent. The processing may also take place with the aid of paper, electronic, IT or web means for the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Code and art. 4 no. 2 of the GDPR such as:
registration, organization, consultation, elaboration, modification, extraction, use, communication, cancellation.
3) Purpose of the treatment.
The processing, following your consent, is aimed at managing your request for admission as a member of the ASD as required by the Entity Statute, participation in the proposed activities, and your
membership of CONI Sports Promotion Bodies or Federations as well as inclusion in C.O.N.I. for recognition for amateur sports. Communication relating to the management of the membership will be sent to the email address, which will be indicated when applying for membership, including communications for the activities carried out with ASD.
4) Photographic recording of the image of the interested party :: photos or video recordings with the image may be taken during the activities of ASD, the same may be published on the media used by ASD.
5) Mandatory nature of the contribution
The contribution is necessary and mandatory for the aforementioned purposes and refusing will make it impossible to adhere to ASD, the membership and the sending of data to the CONI Register.
6) Data communication
The data you provide will be processed by us and communicated, for the purposes indicated for the processing, to Libertas - Sports Promotion Body recognized by CONI, and through this to CONI Servizi S.p.A. and Coninet S.p.A., for institutional purposes resulting from the membership. The same will act in full autonomy as Data Processors for the respective obligations of competence. In addition, the data itself, upon request, will be communicated to public administrations for legal purposes.
7) Place and method of data storage
Personal data are stored, by the Data Controller, on paper and / or on computer servers, in places normally located within the European Community. At the request of the interested party, with reference to that date, the conservation addresses will be communicated.
8) Data retention period
Your data will be kept for the period foreseen by current CONI regulations. Once this term has elapsed, they will be stored in protected files for the period required by law and destroyed at the end.
9) Rights of the interested party
With a specific request, to be sent to the ASD, the Data Controller, by registered letter or e-mail, you will be able to know your personal data held by the Body, request its modification, rectification or destruction. You will also be able to complete them, update them or request a copy. Any requests for hard copy copies not collected at the headquarters of the Body will be subject to the shipping/mailing costs. You can also, in the same way, withdraw your consent, object to the processing of all or part of the data, or request that it be sent to third parties by you indicated. You can lodge complaints with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if you believe your rights have been violated.
10) Control method
Functional security controls will be put in place in the IT and web fields by:
- Access control and traceability through ID and Password of different levels;
- Treatment coding with identification and partitioning of processes;
- Malware protection system;
- Minimization of the data processed.
Physical security checks will be arranged through:
- Storage of paper supports in protected places accessible only to authorized personnel;
- Storage of the server's physical media in a protected place and data backup;
- Stipulate a contract with regards to the treatment of personal data.
Organizational controls will be set up through specific training of personnel who have access to personal data.
