Class Location: Room B102/3 - Southern Oaks Baptist Church (601 E. Amherst Dr., Tyler, TX)

This form simply indicates desired attendance for planning purposes, it does not indicate interest in pursuing educational credit through this course. Those who desire to pursue CLD educational credit will enroll on the first day of the course.
