Bond 2023 Survey
Please complete this survey to help with determining the priorities and questions that need to be answered in defining this Bond proposal - Updating K-12 Educational Facilities for the next 30 years

On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at their scheduled Board Meeting, South Whidbey School Board will decide  whether to propose a Bond on the April 25, 2023 Special Election.

South Whidbey School District formed a Facilities Committee in November 2019 and again in December 2021 to review the facilities and program needs.  This committee met with Integrus for architectural/mechanical expertise and cost analysis in addition to student, staff and community feedback.

On December 14, 2022, Dan Poolman and Superintendent Moccia provided a staff presentation and school board presentation (see slides and video). On February 18, 2023, there will be a public community forum for Bond Q&A. On January 11 and February 8th, 2023, there will be Board Workshops discussion. On January 25 and February 22, 2023, there will be Board meetings open to public comment. The public is always welcome to attend all workshops or business meetings in person or via zoom.
