Did you attend class? If yes, then please select the 'yes' option of the given date. This attendance sheet is for the month of April 2020. Your attendance will be in the form of a quiz. You can check your score card on the last day of the month. PLEASE DON'T GIVE ATTENDANCE BEFOREHAND. Give your attendance only on the day of the class.

For example, if today is 12th and if you are attending class, then please do click 'yes" only for today i.e., click the 'yes' option under 12.04.2020; and DON'T do anything about the other dates. On 13th if you attend, then click on 'yes' under 13.04.2020. Do similarly for all the other dates.

If you have submitted your response for one day then for the next day select 'Edit your response' and respond for that day. For 13.04.2020 if you have attended on 12.04.2020 then choose 'Edit you response' and select 'yes' for  13. The same procedure is applicable for all the following days.
