Table and Chair Rental Contract
The following is a table and chair rental contract for Lawton Inflatable Rentals.
Rental Fees:
Rental of 8 chairs and 1 table is free of charge.
Rental of up to 32 chairs and 4 tables is $20.
Rental of up to 120 chairs and 15 tables is $50.
Rental Period:
The rental period is for 48 hours from the time of pickup to the time of drop off at our location.
Late Fees: A late fee of $25 per day will be charged for each day the equipment is returned late, up to a maximum of 120% of the total replacement cost of the equipment.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
You, as the lessee, are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment in good condition during the rental period.
Return of Equipment:
The equipment must be returned to our location in the same condition as it was provided to you. If the equipment is not returned in the same condition, additional charges may apply.
Cleaning fees are $2.50 per chair or table.
Pickup and Delivery:
We do not provide delivery or pickup services. You, as the lessee, are responsible for picking up and returning the equipment to our location.
Indemnification:
You, as the lessee, agree to indemnify and hold Lawton Inflatable Rentals and its contractors harmless from any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the equipment.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma.
