We are no longer accepting crew volunteers online. You can find us on the festival grounds, near the VIP tent (we will have an orange tent, with an orange flag), if you wish to crew Friday or Saturday night.

What can you expect? You will get paired up with your pilot, exchange cell numbers and find out where to meet when the pilot is ready for you. Once you and your pilot have connected, you are "free" to enjoy the festival for awhile or hang out at the crew tent. Tether and glow event is schedule for 7-9pm. If you are working an evening shift, we strongly recommend you arrive early and avoid traffic jams, bring a bag chair, towel or blanket with you so you have somewhere to sit while you wait.
