Registration for Christian healing and deliverance training session Level 1 given by Henri and Anne LEMAY – 1st part: February 17-19, 2023 in Toronto (Etobicoke)
Dates and times: From Friday, February 17 (welcome at 7:00 pm, start at 7:30 pm) to Sunday, February 19 (5:00 pm) 2023

Location: At St. Leo Catholic Church – 277 Royal York rd – Etobicoke ON  M8V 2V8

Cost: $175, including the manual and 3 hot meals (no accommodations)

Cancellation policy: $30 non-refundable deposit
                                     Meals non-refundable after February 10th. 

Registration deadline: February 12th, 2023.

Rooms will be available at the Monte Carlo Inns™ - Toronto West Suites hotel.
Free shuttle within 40 km if needed in the morning and evening.

1/ Fill out the form below (it will be received by Artur, and Anne Lemay) – One questionnaire per person

2/ Pay the registration fees for the 2 days, directly to Artur (see information in the 2nd part of the questionnaire), specifying that the payment is for the registration to the level 1 of the training session).
