Capacity is a talent and startup incubator for refugee and migrant entrepreneurs. Capacity Entrepreneurship Programme has three phases: Launch (ideation), Boost (entry market), and Elevate (active coaching and mentorship).

YOU ARE APPLYING TO BECOME A MENTOR FOR LAUNCH.

LAUNCH (March – April)
Launch is the two-month ideation phase providing foundational entrepreneurship and prototyping skills for aspiring entrepreneurs. This program is available in German and English.

As a mentor, you commit to:
- Offering 1:1 online mentoring on entrepreneurial topics (Ideation, Prototyping, Testing, and creating their MVP (Minimum Viable Product)) for a minimum of 4 hours per month (To be scheduled at your convenience)

And attend the following sessions:
- March 3 from 17:00 to 18:30 | Interactive orientation session
- March 8 (Eve) | Fun online Meet & Greet to be introduced to your perfect match!
- March 19 from 10:00 to 11:00 am | First check-in group call with other mentors
- April 7 from 10:00 to 11:00 am | Second check-in group call with other mentors
- April 14 (eve) | Migration Storytelling Circle - Join us as an observator
- April 16 from 10:00 to 11:00 am | Third and last check-in group call with other mentors
- April 23 | Spring Market and closing ceremony

We will host an info session on February 5 from 12:30 to 13:30 to answer all your questions about your engagement with Capacity
