FLAG TEAM 
Help manage the World Peace Flag Ceremony.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 9 am - 1:15 pm

SCHOOLS TEAM 
Help manage elementary, middle and high school groups participating in Peace Day.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 9:00 am - 1:15 pm
Pre-event meeting required.

CONSULAR CORPS TEAM 
Interface with international diplomats participating in Peace Day and perform a variety of detail-oriented tasks. Knowledge of languages other than English a plus (but not a requirement).

Pre-event in-person training required.

PROGRAM TEAM
Help manage speakers, performing groups and stage.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 10:00 am - 1:15 pm
Pre-event meeting required.

RESOURCE TABLES TEAM 
Manage Resource Tables for cultural, peace and community organizations.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 9:00 am - 1:15 pm

PHOTO/VIDEO ASSISTANT TEAM
Assist photographers in Daley Plaza or accompany videographer before and after program to do interviews of participants.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 10:30 am - 1:15 pm
For participant interviewer: 10:00 am - 1:30 pm
Pre-event Zoom meeting required.

SET UP/TAKE DOWN TEAM
Help load and unload truck, set up tables and other tasks.

Time schedule on Peace Day: 8 am - 2 pm
Or take one of these shifts: 8 am - 10 am or 1 pm - 2 pm
PRE-EVENT TASKS 
Office duties and other event preparations.
Pre-event tasks are performed at The Peace School, 3121 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago.

Hours are flexible, from now until September 18th.
