Introduction to Trauma: Understanding how experiences can impact behaviors and responses of young children

This training will serve as a beginner’s guide to understanding the impact of trauma or toxic stress can have on a child’s development. We will explore how these experiences effect the brain, then talk about potential behaviors/responses from children who have suffered traumatic experiences.

Family Child Care Tools 101
November 17, 2021 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
During this 2 hour training, participants will gain a better understanding of how web based systems can better serve FCC family programs. Participants will have the opportunity to learn additional information about OCCRRA, OCLQS, and additional resources that can help both you as an Early Childhood Educator and the children as well. Step Up to Quality organizational tips and strategies will be discussed as well.
