As stated in the Parent Handbook, EDP requires 2 weeks written notice in order to withdrawal a student from the program. Failure to provide a two week written notice will result in the full amount of tuition being due. In the event that the tuition has been paid in full and proper notification is received, a partial refund will be issued. *

If at any point I would like to enroll my student(s) back into the Extended Day Program, I understand that I must complete a new registration form and pay an additional registration fee per student. I also understand that by withdrawing my student(s) from the program their spot(s) will be given to the next person in line. *
