Dear tango friends!

At the end of February, our dearest Evelina Sarantopolou - creator of TangOn Focus - is coming back to town. It is a teaching approach that guides and inspires dancers as it effectively connects the needs of leading and following. It trains ladies and gentlemen to recognize the capabilities of their body, their responsibilities in cooperation with the partner, more over the framework of freedom and commitment required.
The success of the program is in the smart exercises, the analysis of the cause that produces the movement, understanding of the chained results depending on specific circumstances which the couple builds every time, presentation of familiar examples and the study of what we need to influence when we want to change the musicality, speed, dynamics and elasticity.

20:00 - 21:00: Technique for all levels: The benefits of the heels. Exploration of how to use the back part of our shoes and how to connect it with the rest of our body.

Saturday, 29. 2.
Seminar 1, 14:00 - 15:30: Our hips as a tool for stability and strength & when and how we use them.
Seminar 2, 15:30 - 17:00: Focus on connecting the couple at the level of the axis, how we exploit gravity and the analysis of leverage points in feet-center-arms-back.

Sunday, 1. 3.
Seminar 1, 14:00 - 15:30: The drunk's step - one of the most famous walking concepts and tech secrets that reveals to us.
Seminar 2, 15:30 - 17:00: The embrace as a reference point of the couple s musicality.
