Biannual Sonic Dash Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Biannual Sonic Dash contest (the "Contest") is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Qualifying submissions run less than two minutes in length, are related to the issued prompt, and must be wholly made up of original audio content created by the participant during the 48-hour time period, June 21-23, 2024.

2. Submission Rights:

Submitters retain all rights to their work. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Silver Podcast Network the non-exclusive right to use their submission for promotional and marketing purposes.

3. Judging:

Winners will be determined by an impartial group of judges based on a scoring system. Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

4. Grand Prize:

The Grand-Prize winner will receive $1,000, an Inspiron 5690 laptop from Dell worth over $5K, a REAPER pro license from Cockos, AATRANSLATOR2 Extended from Suite Spot, your choice of automated standing desk or ergonomic chair from Flexispot, the Acoustica Pro Audio Restoration Suite from Acon Digital, and more.

Second Prize winner will receive a gift card for $350 worth of audio services from Silver Sound.

$350 worth of audio services is determined by Silver Sound's standard rates and will be delivered at a mutually agreed-upon timeline by the winner and Silver Sound. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. Registration Deadline and Payment:

The registration submission deadline is June 2nd, 2024 at 12 PM EST (noon).
All registrants must pay a non-refundable $25 registration fee via either PayPal (films@silversound.us) or Venmo (@silversoundfilms). Registrations will not be considered complete until payment is received.

6. Modification or Cancellation:

The Silver Podcast Network reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest for any reason.

7. Compliance:

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
