The purpose of the Instrument Tryout (sometimes called a "blow test") is for interested students to be assessed by professionals to identify which instruments each child will be most likely to thrive on, and which instruments their physical characteristics will be less suited to.

Our goal is to identify which instruments your child loves the sound of and is excited to learn.

Please note, the email address you provide, we will use to communicate throughout the band recruitment process, so please provide an address you check regularly.

Step 1:The Instrument Tryouts will be on Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th of October.

Step 2: This will be followed by a Band Info Night on Wednesday 6th of November, which is for all parents and children. It is really important you attend this evening if you are interested in your child joining band next year.

Step 3: There will a questionnaire to fill in to ensure we identify the best instrument fit for your child.
