Glens Falls Mermaid Festival Vendor Registration
Join us on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 12 to 5 p.m. for the inaugural Glens Falls Mermaid Festival in City Park. 

Set up is from 10 a.m. to noon. All vendors must set up and move their vehicles by 11:45 p.m. 
Break down is from 5 to 6 p.m. Please do not break down before 5 p.m.

All vendors must submit a photo of their booth and products with their application/email/website.

Vendor Rules and Regulations: (All Vendors Please Read)
  • A completed vendor application with a separate $75 CHECK made payable to the Finders Keepers Consignment.
  • Due to high demand and limited spots, day of event show ups are not permitted; All vendors must be approved with a contract and all necessary permits.
  • Deadline is ASAP! Spaces are filling up fast.
  • This is a light rain or shine event. Cancellation will be initiated if a tropical storm warning is made, otherwise weather will be considered and a decision will be made.
  • Prior to the event all exhibitors must submit Liability Insurance naming Glens Falls Mermaid Festival, Glens Falls, NY.
  • Necessary permits include Food Safety and Board of Health approvals if applicable, and New York State Sales Tax ID.
  • No smoking of any type is permitted in the vendor space at any time. City Park is a designated smoke-free space.
  • All exhibitors must maintain a safe exhibit area; No extension cords or tripping hazards, no sharp edges, etc.
  • All tents and displays must be fastened and/or weighted down accordingly to prevent being blown away.
  • All service pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER COMMITMENT.
  • Please note, sending in an application does not guarantee a booth space.
Food Vendor & Concessions Rules and Regulations:
  • Photo(s) clearly showing tent display with food truck and any signage that will be used must be submitted.
  • Food Safety, Board of Health approvals and New York State Tax ID are all required.
  • Appropriate equipment to store, prepare and cook food products is required.
  • Electrical extension cords (quality high amp cords), blue boy and appropriate hoses for water are required. 
  • Upon arrival vendors must check in with administration. After setting up you may request electrical hook-up.
  • Food concessions garbage and any large boxes must be brought to the provided dumpster.
  • Any grease must be taken with you. No depositing of grease or oil on the grounds. Anyone caught dumping in any storm drains or on the ground will face penalties from the State.
  • No open flames of any kind. Appropriate safety equipment is required if operating a food truck that has a propane or electrical cooking device.
  • Any food items that are not on your application are not permitted to be sold. All food items must be approved.
