If you need to move in a vehicle, trailer, or otherwise large item to the trade show floor booth for your exhibit, you will need to notify NATM and Freeman using this form. For the large item move in, you will be contacted closer to the event and have a scheduled move in outside of regular exhibitor move-in hours.
