Thank you for the time that you are taking to complete this Annual Report by June 30, 2023. Filing an Annual Report each year, as well as inducting students and ordering induction materials at least once every two years are the requirements for retaining your active charter status. Please know that we will be reading it with great interest! Thank you for all you do to encourage your students and maintain a dynamic French program in your school.
There are about 15 questions to answer. To fill out this form, you will need:
- The sponsor's name & email address
- The school's name and email address
- Induction information (if you inducted, the date of the induction, how many students were inducted)
- The number of current students in your French class(es) and the number of those students who are SHF members.
- Information about what activities (AATF and other) your school/SHF chapter participated in.
