1/11 EMPLOYMENT
Describe your current employment in the arts. Do you work as an employee of an arts organization (long-term contract), a free-lanced artist (you work on different projects), a self-employed artist (you develop your own projects) or an employer (you manage an artistic project and employ other artists), or any combination of the above mentioned options? Please specify. Do you usually have also cross-border artistic jobs? (Please consider EU countries). In case you are the self-employed artist, what was your main motivation for becoming a creative entrepreneur? Have you considered/would you consider new employment models, such as through the platform/gig economy or social media? Have you experienced any precarious circumstances in the field of employment given by your gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or others? What do you perceive as a main problem or challenge in your current employment as an artist?

Are you able to earn sufficient income just from your artistic profession or do you need to have multiple jobs? In case of the multiple-jobs income, what kind of work do you do (e.g. teacher, manager, organizer, administrator etc.)?
