{intersections} questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in participating in this project that I thought of one day! I am not sure if it has been done before, but I did uniquely come up with this project. I am really hoping to get at least 10 people to be included in this project. If more are interested, I will try to accommodate as many as I can.

I thought it would be interesting to share the {intersections} of artists by featuring individuals sharing their lyric tattoos and the inspiration behind them. There are some questions that you can fill out now or when you get your photographs done, about the tattoo artist, musician and any other artists involved with the making of your lyric tattoo. of course, i would love for you to share the meaning behind your tattoo - as much or as little as you want to delve into it.  

These quick 5-10 minute sessions will be in my backyard in Worthington - evenings between April and October 2023. Date will be sorted out once we figure out our schedules for that time. You will need your own transportation to the location. The photographs can be viewed/downloaded via through the gallery, with print release. The session/shoot and images are gifted to the individuals by Forever Whimsy Photography. Prints/products are available for purchase through the gallery. The photos will be posted in {FWP} Forever Whimsy Photography group on Facebook as well as www.foreverwhimsyphotography.com website. A model release must be signed prior to the shoot electronically which will be sent to your email.

For the shoot, I am envisioning each participant wearing an outfit that is neutral/similar to their skin tone - beiges/browns or whites/grays. Depending on where the tattoo is located on the body, we may utilize lace/fabrics draped over parts of the body.

You will need to purchase/wear your own clothing to the shoot. I am available to help you figure out what will look best. Will you be able to wear something with any combination of these colors: beiges/browns/whites/grays? *
