Community Farm Interest Survey.
Dave, Lucie and boys are looking at setting up a community owned aquaponic farm, which although will be based within the New Forest area, and ideally on the Waterside , our work is very much global on a local level.  The work we do will be replicable by anyone anywhere, our core farming method will be using aquaponics  - producing fish and vegetables together.

If you would like to be part of our journey, we would love you to join us. You do not have to live locally, or  even in the UK to be part of our community.  Our work already extends as far as Uganda, yet has its feet in the New Forest.

For detailed information on how we see this working, please read our ‘Working Ethos’ document. This is available on our website www.newforestaquaponics.com

We are in the first stages of working with the Plunkett Foundation (www.plunkett.co.uk) to become a Community Benefit Society (CBS).  This will allow us to offer democratic shares in New Forest Aquaponics.

The first stage of the process is a survey, which we would be grateful if you could fill in. This will determine whether there is enough demand for a community owned aquaponics farm here in the UK.

Would you like to see a community-run aquaponics farm on the New Forest, to serve a global community as well as on a local level?
In what way could you see yourself being involved in our community farm?
What activities / services / opportunities would you like to see a community farm offer?
Do you have contacts who would be interested in partnering with New Forest Aquaponics  in some way (e.g. schools, colleges, sustainability organisations, environmental organisations, food networks)
I have a farm/land I am interested in selling/gifting for community use.
