Terms and Conditions
By signing this application form, you are applying to attend the Advanced Leadership Programme which is subject to approval by the ALP Admissions Team.
1. When you have been accepted on the programme and confirmed your place, the full fee of €18,650, or equivalent in sterling, is payable even if you are unable to attend all 6 modules due to your own circumstances. Timoney Leadership Institute is a not-for-profit educational charity and full payment of fees by all delegates is required in order for the programme to break even and cover its operational costs. The full fee can be treated as a normal business expense when calculating your company’s or personal tax liability.
2. The venue for the modules in Ireland is Kilkea Castle in Co Kildare. The overseas module will take place in IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain and in San Telmo, Seville, Spain
3. The fee for the programme covers the following expenses:
a. All academic fees, personality assessments, executive coaching and programme materials.
b. Accommodation on the night of the first day of each module. In the case of the overseas modules in Barcelona and Munich, accommodation for 3 nights in the hotel is included. Accommodation is for one person; an additional fee will be incurred if accompanied by a spouse/partner. Lunch and dinner on the first day of each module; breakfast and lunch on the second day of each module as well as refreshments in between.
c. Travel by coach to and from the hotel to the IESE campus in Barcelona and San Telmo in Seville as well as to additional social events.
4. To confirm your interest in reserving a place on the Advanced Leadership Programme, please submit your completed application form to us as soon as possible. A non- refundable deposit of €1,000 is payable within 30 days of date of confirmation of your place by our Admissions Team.
5. Payment in full must be made by 1 March 2022. A phased payment schedule can be arranged if preferred but please contact the Timoney office to agree the details of this in advance.
6. Due to the nature of the arrangements with the hotel and with the speakers, a refund is not possible after 15 August 2021. If you are unable to attend in the given year, Timoney Leadership Institute will endeavour to accommodate you on the following year.
7. You are required to cover any additional expenses arising in the hotel, such as mini-bar in your bedroom, laundry services, porterage, taxi, telephone, additional hotel nights etc.
8. The Admissions Team will study your application to participate in the programme and will confirm whether a place will be offered to you. At that point a deposit is required, to hold your place, which will be non-refundable.
9. The Admissions process for a place on the Advanced Leadership Programme is subject to interview (in person or virtually) and assessment of the suitability of the programme for the applicant's needs.
