This is the order form for this year's Grad Hoodies. We hope you like like it!
Please make sure you have this form completed and have paid for the hoodie cost through School Cash Online.
This form will be due Friday, February 26.

Hoodie information:
Price is $45/hoodie
Screen printed design on the front chest and back
Pre-shrunk Gildan Heavyweight 14oz blank
Order your true size for a slightly loose fitted look, or size up for an oversized look.

*NOTICE* Beige has been changed to Carolina Blue as the white print clashes with the beige, sorry!
