We are living through the “Great Turning” as we bear witness to the 6th mass extinction that is currently underway. Our bodies and existence are deeply connected to the natural world and disconnection from it causes emotional distress. We will inquire into how we are looking at our lives, our connections and coexistence by witnessing together and holding our emotions with care for the changes and losses that are happening in our world. In the circle all emotions are welcome. We will hold together the complexity of our experiences while gently allowing our bodies to identify and compost the effects of trauma and find ways to connect to our deeper needs.

What to bring with you - 

The circle will work its powerful alchemy best on you if you come prepared with access to a notebook/papers for journaling, some colours (paints/colour pencils/crayons/colour chalk!) and if you can make some space in your room for a little freestyle movement.
