Terms and Conditions

A. Administrative Notes
1. Participants are required to observe all class rules including and help to keep the studio neat and clean.
2. Should participants be late to session, please inform the official CoSpacious contact (+65 8510 9800) or the studio's contact (+65 8859 3616). There will be no extension of time for the above trial sessions.

B. Consent
1. I will not hold CoSpacious or any of its employees responsible for any injury occurred during the session.
2. I permit CoSpacious to seek medical care for myself/ward in case of an emergency.
3. In an emergency, CoSpacious will contact the person I have designated (emergency contact).
4. I agree with CoSpacious privacy policy found on https://cospacious.sg
5. I allow CoSpacious to contact me and send me information about CoSpacious (PDPA)
6. CoSpacious reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
