SBS Short Term Virtual+ Request - Easter Break
If you are traveling and your child(ren) will be self-quarantining, please complete this form to notify the attendance office of your request for short-term virtual learning. Californians should avoid non-essential travel more than 120 miles away. If a family/student travels further than 120 miles, self-quarantine for ten days after returning is strongly recommended. Any student who travels out of state must self-quarantine after returning for ten days regardless of distance per the CDPH travel advisory. There is no option for an earlier return with COVID testing.

Don't forget to please notify your teacher(s) of your student's switch to short term learning at least 24 hours in advance so they can be prepared.
