MCC 2024-2025 Freeze Hoops Registration 
PAYMENT is DUE on or before Freeze Hoops Registration Night Tuesday, October 29th, MCC High School Commons. 6:30-7:30pm. If you are new to Freeze Hoops or need any clarification on the program, please ensure to attend sign up night and ask any questions you may have. 

3rd GRADERS and NEW 3-6 grade players to the Freeze Hoops program will receive a jersey and pair of shorts FREE. Please complete those questions below.

Players that need to purchase a replacement jersey or would like to purchase optional Freeze shorts must complete questions below and pay for those items with participation fee by sign up night. 

 ******Jersey and Short sample sizes will be available to view at Sign Up Night******
