Eastern Arc Mentoring Scheme
The Eastern Arc Mentoring Scheme is a simple, non-bureaucratic way of getting help and support from colleagues at one of the other two EARC universities (UEA, Essex and Kent). It's a chance to swap notes and see your situation more objectively, learning about what works (and what doesn't!) in different institutions. It is completely confidential.

Up until now it's been aimed at academic staff, but we are keen to open it up more widely, to professional services and technical staff. However, we want to get a sense of the interest and potential before we do so. We also want to understand (roughly) what people hope to get out of it, as either mentors or mentees.

So, if you are interested in taking part, could you fill in the short form below by 31 July 2023? Depending on the response we would hope to open up the mentoring to PS and technical staff in the new academic year.
