2022 Campbell Community Garden Registration Form
Please fill this form out completely. All information will be held in confidence by Campbell Community Garden & The Hector Campbell Neighborhood District Association.   Returning gardeners will have the opportunity to reserve their plot until March 26th; after March 26th we will begin assigning open plots to new gardeners who live in Milwaukie with preference to those who live in the Hector Campbell Neighborhood District Association. New registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received.
