Use this form to reserve meals for your child(ren) each week. All students will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal for breakfast and/or lunch each day. Please complete this form if your on campus student will eat breakfast or lunch provided by the cafeteria or you will pick up meals for remote learners.  

Curbside pickup for remote learners will remain on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:00 a.m. in the back parking lot.  

Should you choose to have your child eat breakfast at home or send a lunch from home you do not need to fill out this form.
