MRHS Grad 2024 Sweater Order form
Once the form is completed, please bring your $45 to Ms. Greenlaw or to the office, this cost can also be paid online. $25 as a down payment with a final $20 payment on arrival is also an option.  Please only fill this form out once, if you fill it out multiple times you are ordering multiple sweaters.  

The sweaters have MRHS GRAD embroidered on the front and the "24" with signatures silk screened on the back.

Ms. Greenlaw does have some sweaters in her classroom in a few different sizes if you are unsure what size to order.  Sweaters cannot be returned as they are personalized, so please size up or come see the sizes before ordering.

Included in the cost is one word embroidered on one sleeve.  Which sleeve? *
What word would you like on that sleeve (typically grads choose their first or last name)?   How you type it will be how it is embroidered (lowercase/uppercase/spelling).
 If you would like a second word or something on both sleeves it is $3 more for each word.  Enter the sleeve and extra word(s) you'd like.

The cost of the sweater is $45, please bring cash or a cheque (payable to MRHS) to Ms. Greenlaw or to the office. Online payments can be made as well.  You will get an email confirmation of this form, any changes please contact or see Ms. Greenlaw to adjust.  You can order sweaters anytime during the school year. Orders placed on or before November 3rd will arrive before Christmas break.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
