Teaching and Learning Council Interest Survey
The Office of Teaching and Learning is establishing a Teaching and Learning Council for the 2020-2021 School Year.  This council will meet 1-2 times a month for the remainder of the school year and focus on intentional planning around remote learning, grading policy and assessment alignment, learning management systems, K-12 content based learning frameworks and/or any other important important work in which the collective voice and participation of district stakeholders is required for effective implementation.

The first semester meetings will take place from (3:30 - 4:30) on the following dates: 11/19/, 12/1, 12/10, 1/7, 1/12, 1/14 (if necessary).  Second semester meetings will be determined in council.

Joining this council is voluntary in nature and will not include any paid stipends.  As a representative on the council, our hope is for you to lend your leadership, voice, and expertise to the planning and development of short term/long term priorities.  Finally, in this role you will serve as a delegate between your school and the council in which you communicate the work of the council to your building leaders and fellow staff members, represent the wider voice of your school as well as our students!

All members of Oak Park Schools are welcome to complete this interest survey.  The team will be selected by a cross-section of district cabinet, teaching and learning team, building administrators, and OPEA/OPESPA representatives.  Those who are not selected may have opportunities in the future to participate in task force committees associated with the council.

Please complete the brief survey below if you are interested in potentially joining the council for the 2020-2021 school year no later than 12PM on 11/10/2020.
