FPP ENROLLMENT FORM FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024  
Please fill out one form for EACH child that you are enrolling!  The registration fee for the 2023-2024 school year is $125 per child and is non-refundable.   We also require a 10% tuition deposit (based on the annual tuition rate) that will only be refunded in exceptional cases if a child withdraws from the program in advance of the school year or with written approval by the Director.  UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND TUITION DEPOSIT AS WELL AS ALL PAPERWORK AS OUTLINED BELOW, YOU WILL NOT BE FULLY ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM.  **Please note that a copy of the Virginia School Entrance Health Form can be obtained by contacting the preschool Assistant Director, Morgan Crump, at fppassistantdirector@gmail.com.**

Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool sets it's tuition rates based on a full school year, from September to May.  A tuition deposit of 10% of the annual tuition is due at registration (and is non-refundable unless approved by the Preschool Director in exceptional cases) and the remainder of the tuition balance can be paid in full, or the balance can be divided into 9 equal payments and paid at the beginning of each month from September through May.  When you enroll in the program, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to the annual tuition even if you choose to break it in to nine equal payments.

Annual tuition for each class is as follows:

PRE-K (5 Days) - $5250 ($525 due at registration, the remainder payable in 9 equal installments)
5 Day 4s - $5250 ($525 due at registration, the remainder payable in 9 equal installments)
5 Day 3s - $5250 ($525 due at registration, the remainder payable in 9 equal installments)

***IF WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF 7 STUDENTS ENROLLED, WE WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS FOR 2 1/2 and 3 YEAR OLDS ONLY***

3 Day 3s (M,T,W) - $3750 ($375 due at registration, the remainder payable in 9 equal installments)
2 Day 2s - (Th,F) - $3000 ($300 due at registration, the remainder payable in 9 equal installments)

Age requirements for each class is as follows:

PRE-K - students must turn 5 by February 28, 2024
5 Day 4s - students must turn 4 by September 30, 2023
5 Day 3s - students must turn 3 by September 30, 2023
***3 Day 3s - students must turn 2 years and 6 months by September 30, 2023
***2 Day 2s - students must turn 2 years and 6 months by September 30, 2023

STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING RE: Registration and Tuition Deposit *
I understand that by filling out this form, I consent to paying a $125 non-refundable registration fee and a tuition deposit of 10% of the annual tuition to secure a spot for my child.  I also understand that the remaining tuition balance can be paid in full in September, or broken into nine equal payments to be paid monthly from September through May.  Finally, I understand that I will be responsible for paying any remaining balance on my annual tuition if I choose to withdraw my child from the program, unless I have an exception granted by the Director.

I understand that if I choose to pay my tuition balance in nine equal installments, I am responsible for paying tuition on time each month and that all monthly tuition payments are due NO LATER THAN THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH for each month that my child is enrolled.  I further understand that if my payment is received past the 15th day of the month, I will be charged a $20 late fee.
