狮子会暨巴生百利广场灯笼制作比赛3.0

1. Klang Parade x Lions Clubs 2022 Lantern Making Contest (“Event”) is organised by Klang Parade and Lions Clubs of Sunway Damansara Metro.
1. 狮子会暨怡保百利广场灯笼制作比赛（“活动”）是由巴生百利广场以及双威白沙罗美都狮子会联合举办。

2. The Event will be conducted at Klang Parade Main Court (“Venue”) on Sunday, 11 September 2022 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
2. 活动将于 2022 年 9 月 11 日（星期日）下午 2:00 至傍晚 7:00 在巴生百利广场的大堂（“场地”）举行。

3. Across all categories for the Event, Participants must use primarily recyclables to create their lanterns. While additional decorative items that are not considered recyclables (e.g. button, sequins, etc.) are permitted, these should not constitute more than 30% of the materials used to create the lantern. Permissibility will be up to judges’ discretion, but Participants are informed that marks may be severely deducted should they ignore this rule.
3. 在活动中的所有项目/组别中，参赛者必须使用可回收的材料为主要材料来制作他们的灯笼。虽然允许使用其他不可回收物品（例如纽扣、亮片等）做装饰，但这些物品不应超过用于制作灯笼的材料的 30%。材料是否允许将由评审酌情决定，但参赛者须了解如忽略此规则，则可能会被扣除分数。

4. This is an Off-Site Challenge.

i. There is no age limit.
i. 场外预制挑战没有任何年龄限制。

ii. The Off-Site Challenge requires Participants to complete their lanterns from home, before bringing them to the Venue to be judged.
ii. 参加场外预制挑战的参赛者必须预先在家中完成制作灯笼，然后再将灯笼带到现场让评审进行评分

iii. Participants will need to drop their completed lanterns off by the registration table at Klang Parade either on Saturday, 10 September 2022, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm, OR on Sunday, 11 September 2022, between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Participants who miss either timeframes will risk forfeiting their entries.
iii. 参赛者需要在2022年9月10日（星期六）中午 12:00 至下午6:00或2022年9月11日（星期日）上午10:00至下午4:00之间 将完成的灯笼交予怡保百利广场的活动登记处。
逾时者将丧失参赛资格。

Prize presentation will be done on 11 September 2022 at 5:30pm. Do note that we also have a lantern parade with LED Lion Dance at 7:30pm. 
颁奖典礼将在2022年9月11日 下午5:30进行。温馨提示 ：我们将在傍晚7:30与LED舞狮一起进行提灯笼游行。

iv. The size of the lantern must not be bigger than 75cm x 75 cm x 75cm.
iv. 灯笼尺寸不得大于 75cm x 75cm x 75cm。

vi. Battery powered LED lights are highly encouraged.
v. 鼓励使用电池供电的 LED 灯。

v. All participants who need electricity are required to prepare socket/adapter B22 (Male) adaptor. All bulbs cannot exceed 12watt each. LED bulbs are highly encouraged.
vi. 所有需要用电的参赛者都需要自备B22型号的插头/适配器。所有灯泡每个不能超过 12 瓦特。强烈鼓励使用 LED 灯泡。

7. The judging criteria for the Event are as follows :
a. Adherence to Theme (25%)            (Did the Participant use primarily recyclables?)
b. Creativity (30%)                              (Is there ingenious use of recyclables?)
c. Durability  (15%)                              (Is the lantern sturdy?)
d. Aesthetic  (30%)                              (Does the lantern look visually appealing?)

7. 评审将以以下标准评分 ：
a. 主题（25%)                       （是否以可回收的材料为主凸显主题？）
b. 创意（30%）                    （是否巧妙的利用可回收材料?)
c. 耐用性(15%)                     （灯笼是否扎实牢固？）
d. 审美 （305)                       （灯笼是否优美可观？）

8. The prizes for each category are as follows:

Champion                                RM300 (Cash RM150 and prizes RM150)
1st Runner Up                         RM200 (Cash RM100 and prizes RM100)
2nd Runner Up                        RM100 (Cash RM50 and prizes RM50)
Consolation prizes x5              RM50 worth of prizes

Note: Should the Organisers secure additional sponsors, the updated list of prizes will be announced by the emcee on the day of the event.

8. 每个项目/组别的奖品如下：
冠军                                      RM300 (RM150现金及价值RM150的奖品)
亚军                                      RM200 (RM100现金及价值RM100的奖品)
季军                                      RM100 (RM50现金及价值RM50的奖品)
安慰奖x5                              价值RM50的奖品

注：若主办方成功锁定额外的赞助方，大会司仪会在活动当天宣布最新的奖金奖品。

9. Participants further acknowledge and agree on the following :
9. 参赛者承认并同意以下条例：

a. The Judges' decision is final, and no further correspondence on scoring will be entertained.
a. 评审的决定为最终决定，主办方将不受理任何有关评分的异议。

b. In the highly unlikely event of any accident throughout the Event, the Organiser and its related agencies will not be held liable.
b. 若在活动期间发生任何事故，主办方及其相关机构将不承担任何责任。

c. All photos and videos captured by the Organisers and its agencies can be used for any form of promotional content without the Participant’s prior consent.
c. 主办方及其相关机构所拍摄的照片及影片均可用于任何形式的宣传内容，且不需征求参赛者的事先同意。

d. The Organisers may collect, obtain, store and process the Participant’s Personal Data that he/she provides in this form for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or materials from the Organisers.
d. 主办方可能会收集、获取、存储和处理他/她在本表格中提供的个人资料，以接收来自主办方的更新、新闻、促销和营销邮件或材料。

e. The Participant hereby gives his/her consent to the Organisers to store and process his/her personal data and to disclose his/her personal data to relevant government authorities or third parties where required by law and/or for legal purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, personal data includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, including all data the Participant has disclosed to the Organisers.
e. 参赛者特此同意组织者存储和处理其个人数据，并在法律要求和/或出于法律目的时向相关政府机构或第三方披露其个人数据。 为免生疑问，个人数据包括《2010 年个人数据保护法》中定义的所有数据，包括参赛者向主办方披露的所有数据。

f. The Organisers reserve the right at its sole and absolute discretion, to add, delete or amend any of the Terms & Conditions, including the prizes specified herein, from time to time without prior notice.
