** We will consider consignment items for antiques and vintage items and for handcrafters. Please email directly to discuss and send photos. We'll plan a time for us to meet together for us to view your items and you to visit the market. Consignment commissions are 60% (to the owner/maker) and 40% (to the market).

When your vendor application is received, we will contact you to discuss your space needs and decide together if our market visions work well together! If we agree that you will be a vendor in M&B Vintage Market, you will be invoiced for the first month's rent (prorated and paid in advance). Payment is due immediately. Note: Family friendly vendors are encouraged to apply; only family friendly ["G Rated"] products will be sold in the shop. No political agendas, etc. will be promoted.

We're seeking vendors that will complement and complete our aesthetic! We're looking for antiques and vintage, farmhouse, coastal cottage, boho, grandmillennial, and shabby chic furnishings and home decor. We love repurposed and  upcycled, vintage fashion, vintage baby, collectibles, glassware, tools and advertising, and primitives. And we definitely want handcrafters -- makers of soaps, candles, jewelry, furniture, quilters, weavers, woodcrafters, and potters. Minnie and Bea's LLC (lessor) agrees to lease space as agreed upon to vendor (lessee) on a month to month basis and either party may dissolve the lease agreement with a 30 day written notice. Initial lease rate and commission on sales will be as described above in application. These rates may increase with a 30 day written notice to the lessee. Lessor will pay lessee monthly for his/her sales, less commissions, less the subsequent month's rent by the 5th of the subsequent month (i.e. May 2022 sales will be paid, less commissions, less June 2022 rent, by June 5, 2022) by check available for pick up in the shop. If lessee's sales do not cover rent amount and commissions, rent balance will be due to lessor by the 5th of the month. A $25 late fee will be charged for any rents not paid timely.

Minnie & Bea's LLC and Inlet Square Mall reserve the right to decline or prohibit any items that they deem not suitable for the space. Vendors agree to work within the theme of the shop by offering products that are antique, vintage, handcrafted and fit the styles described in this application. No more than 10% of a vendor's space may be used to offer items for sale that are buy/sell products or MLM products. This shop is family-friendly; no vendor may sell alcoholic beverages or any "adult" themed products. Final determination about the appropriateness of an item to be offered for sale in the market is by word of lessor. Lessee agrees to bring in new merchandise and refresh and update merchandise in the shop on a regular basis throughout the month. Lessee agrees to promote the shop on his/her own social media and to participate in special events on a regular basis.

Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market will collect, report and pay South Carolina Sales Tax monthly. Pursuant to South Carolina law, a 1099 will be issued to vendors with sales in excess of $600 annually. Lessee will be asked to complete a Form W-9 as sales approach this amount. Lessee agrees to maintain "renter's insurance" on their items in the shop if desired. Minnie & Bea's LLC nor Inlet Square Mall assume any responsibility for damages or loss of any sort for any reason.

Vendors, by execution of this form, release and discharge Minnie & Bea's LLC and Inlet Square Mall and anyone else connected with this location from any and all known or unknown damages and or injuries that may be suffered by any vendor or participants to his person or property. The applicant agrees that Minnie & Bea's LLC and Inlet Square Mall and its successors are not responsible for loss or damage or personal injuries of any kind and releases and holds harmless said entities from any and all claims, including any relating to loss or damage to property or merchandise due to theft, fire, storm, flood or other force of nature. The applicant will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by management and may be asked to leave if non compliant. The applicant grants permission to use any photographs, videos or recordings of his/her likeness and/or merchandise for all legitimate purposes.
