2. Submit your completed scholarship form and registration form(s) to Incarnation’s Children, Youth and Family staff.
3. Scholarship forms will be reviewed on a weekly basis, by the Children, Youth and Family (CYF) staff.
4. The Pastor of Children, Youth and Family will notify you of the amount gifted.

Eligibility:
1. Scholarships are available for anyone looking to registration for Incarnation Lutheran Church’s programming.
2. Scholarships are intended for, but not limited to: all summer ministry opportunities, MSM & HSM programming, family events and fellowship opportunities.
