金繼藝術常規班 (逢星期六) Kintsugi Ceramic Repair Regular Workshop (Every Saturday)
【課程內容】
以金繼技術修復的瓷器,記載著人生的記憶和經歷 - 將破碎的瓷器蛻變成金光閃爍的作品,就如我們跌倒、學習、反思的修練過程。金繼如是,亦需要反覆練習才能夠真正感受其技巧及箇中蘊含的哲理。我們收到許多曾參與金繼工作坊同學的查詢,大家都想更深入了解金繼藝術。我們藉此推出金繼藝術常規班,讓大家學習修復不同器皿的技術,深化大家對這傳統藝術的認知。王老師擁藝術學系碩士,對陶瓷藝術美學有深入的研究,尤其對金繼更為專門。他曾被香港藝術館邀請舉辦金繼工作坊推廣及示範,而他的作品亦被香港茶具文物館收藏。

日期及時間:逢星期六 2:30PM – 5:00PM (2.5 hours)
費用:$2,000 (4 堂 + 材料費)

【導師簡介】
王森

香港陶藝家、著名金繼藝術教學導師及陶瓷收藏家。
王森畢業於香港中文大學藝術系(1995藝術學士, 2015藝術文學碩士)。
在香港茶具博物館舉辦的茶具創作比賽中多次取得獎項,更於2013年獲頒發冠軍、2018年獲頒發亞軍及收藏其作品。
作品主要以混合媒介融會油畫作平面處理,為本地及海外多間機構及私人收藏。

【報名方法】
1.) 由於人數有限,填妥本課程報名表格後,請在今天內付款,逾期繳款者名額將被取消。
2.) 請入數至以下HSBC戶口:817-881998-001 (TOUCH CERAMICS LIMITED),記得印入數單據,並在單據上寫上你在報名表格上輸入的名稱,然後電郵至 hello@touchceramics.com 
(電郵標題註明【金繼藝術常規班 (逢星期六) 】),以完成報名程序。逾期繳款者名額將被取消。

【注意事項】
1.) 學生如因事不能參與課程,請於課堂前3日前通知我們,以便作出改期安排,否則視為缺課並不會補堂(除第2、3點列出之情況)。
2.) 如於課堂開始時間的兩小時前天文台依然懸掛8號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號,該課堂將順延一週舉行。
3.) 如因身體不適未能參加課堂並出示有效醫生證明,可申請順延課堂一週,如未能出示醫生證明,則不獲補堂。
4.) 4堂課程請於6星期內完成。
5.) 學生須在每一期課程的第四堂交付學費,以預留下一期之名額。
6.) 我們會為暫停/已完成課程的學生保管其作品一個月,保管期後我們有權安排以任何方式處理未被領取的作品。
7.) 在任何情況下,已交付的學費不設退款。

【Course details】
The art of kintsugi is also about the life stories embedded in broken ceramics. As a broken pottery metamorphoses into shining gold, it is as if our life lessons; we fall, we learn and we reflect. Likewise, mastering kintsugi comes down to our effort and time in bettering our craft.

**This regular class is only for students who have taken kintsugi workshop before.

【About the instructor】
Enders WONG

Hong Kong local ceramics artist and collectors and famous Kintsugi artist.
Enders graduated from CUHK with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts in 1995 and gained his M.A. degree in 2015. As a frequent receiver of awards presented by the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, Wong won the first prize in 2013 and the 1st-Runner-up in 2018 of the Open Category in the “Tea Ware by Hong Kong Potters” competition. He is skilled and knowledgeable in oil painting and ceramic creations.
Wong’s works are widely collected by local and overseas collectors.

【Reminders】
1.) If enrolled student cannot attend the class, we require a notice 3 days prior to the scheduled class so as to reschedule the make-up class for free. Otherwise, absence will be taken and no make-up class will be provided (except for the situations listed on points 2 and 3).
2.) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is/are still hoisted two hours before class, the class will be cancelled and postponed to the next week.
3.) Students who cannot join the class due to sickness are required to provide a valid medical proof in order to reschedule the class, for students who cannot provide a valid medical proof, then the class cannot be rescheduled.
4.) 4 Classes are required to be finished within 6 weeks.
5.) Current students are required to pay the fee for the next cycle on the fourth class of the current cycle.
6. We will keep the students' works for a month starting from the date of his/her last lesson. We are entitled to freely arrange or dispose the unpicked works after the period.
7. All paid fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
