I grant permission for my son or daughter to participate in the 8th Grade Valleyfair trip on Thursday, May 26, 2022. I warrant that my child is in good health. In consideration of my child’s participation, I agree to indemnify Hill-Murray School from any claim or lawsuits brought against Hill-Murray by myself, my child or others, that arise out of any behavior by my child at the event or activity described above. I also agree to pay reasonable attorney’s fees or expense incurred by Hill-Murray in defense of such a claim or lawsuit. I understand that my student will be transported by bus and supervised by Hill-Murray staff. We have secured some funding to reduce the cost of tickets and busing. A $35 fee will be billed to each student's tuition account to cover the remaining cost for tickets and bus transportation. We will leave HM at 8:00 and return by 2:30.
