Petition Statement
We the undersigned, which includes citizens of the City of St. Charles, business owners in the same, avid users of  Katy Trail State Park, Bangert Island and all public lands held by the City of St. Charles hereby formally express significant concerns regarding the environmental impact (for example: deforestation, floodwater displacement, etc.) and economic impact of the proposed Riverpointe Development and request all project activity be ceased immediately until several widely-advertised public information sessions are held regarding this project and citizens have been provided the opportunity to comment on whether this area shall be protected via conservation efforts or developed commercially.
