City of Hart | Music on the Commons Band Application Form
The City of Hart is now accepting applications for its 2023 Summer Concert Series.  Outdoor concerts are held Thursdays from 7-9 pm at the Hart Commons Park overlooking Hart Lake with an average of 100+ in attendance.

If you would like to be considered for the 2023 series, please return the enclosed form by January 31, 2023.  

Applications will be reviewed and those selected will be contacted by March 2023.
