Game Master - gather & manage a team; plan and execute hourly activities, game or competitions

Registration Manager - gather & manage a team to handle Grad Registration the night of the event

Prize Team Manager - gather a team to purchase, sort, package, and display all prizes prior to and the evening of the event

Goody Bag Manager - gather & manage a team; Contact Local Vendors (List Provided); gather prizes & coupons for goody bags

Decorating Team Manager - gather & manage a team; be present the day of the event to decorate the venue

Food Team Manager - gather & manage a team; contact local vendors (List Provided); handle set-up & clean-up

Volunteer Manager - oversee all Teams; gather additional volunteers for the night of the event

Security Team Manager - gather a Security Team; plan security procedures for the night of the event

Donor Request Team - help stuff donation request letters to go out to our local donors

Name Tag Manager - fill out grad names and laminate name tags

Prize Team - chose prizes and help with pick-up/transport of local donations

Goody Bag Team - help with pick-up, and stuffing of bags
